Dear Ocean Outfall Group (OOG), dedicated to ending the 301(h) waiver held by the Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) and other waiver holders in the USA:

Now that we have ended the waiver in Orange County, we need to get involved with the efforts to get rid of the waivers in San Diego, Goleta, and Morro Bay in California. In addition to downloading the attached letter, see the news article in the San Diego Union Tribune at: Board leaning toward city's sewage waiver. San Diego now holds the ignominious distinction of being the largest waiver holder in the USA. I'll forward more information as I find it.
