You are hereby excused from emailing and faxing the Senate Appropriations Committee which I was going to ask that you do this weekend, because AB 1969 was supposed to be heard in the Senate Appropriations Committee on Tuesday. However, the bill has been postponed to later in July, probably because the Senate wants to see how the OCSD Board votes on July 17.
