Dear Ms. Layne:
On December 08, 2005 I filed a Complaint with your Agency against the Veterans Post Newspaper owned and operated  by one Phillip Meskin for failure to register and Pay Florida Sales Tax since at least 2001 and possibly before then. 
Also on December 08, 2005 you E-mailed me confirming that you received my Complaint.  Since I have not heard from you since then, could you please update me as to the actions or inactions your Agency has decided.
