Subject: Vote for Bush in 30 Years finalists!
Date: Thu, 07 Apr 2005 15:07:46 -0700

Dear MoveOn member,
When the president and his friends launched a huge public relations blitz to privatize Social Security, we launched Bush in 30 Years—a grassroots contest to find the best Macromedia Flash animation or game to stop the Republicans' scam.

We've received terrific entries showing the humor and creativity of ordinary Americans. We need your help to pick the winner.

Take a look and start voting at:

Your vote will help pick the best 10 entries from among 50 semi-finalists. We'll send the 10 finalists on to our celebrity judges—actor John Cusack, comedian and radio host Al Franken, columnist Arianna Huffington, filmmaker Richard Linklater, and animator Aaron McGruder—who will pick the winner. We'll also give a special People's Choice award to the entry with the highest member rating.

The winning entry will run as an ad on major websites to broadcast the message that the Republican Social Security plan would mean huge benefit cuts and an exploding national debt. Can you help us find the best Flash animation for the job?

Voting is easy. Watch or play each entry, then rate it in four categories: Persuasive, Original, Memorable content and delivery, and Entertaining. You can see how your ratings compare to other people's, then rate some more!

Get started at:

We know grassroots creativity can trump high-priced Republican PR any day—and your votes will help us find the Flash piece that can do it.

Thanks for all that you do,

–Laura, Noah, Eli, and the whole MoveOn PAC team
