|Subject:||[dreamingdragon] Los Osos Activist to Face Charges!|
|Date:||Sun, 5 Feb 2006 20:40:52 -0800 (PST)|
I am scheduled to be in San Luis Obispo County courthouse tomorrow morning 830 am to answer charges of 'suspicion of tresspassing' stemming from the tree-sit I did July 7th 2005 at the proposed Los Osos sewer site (tri w site) the day of the LOCSD sewer groundbreaking.
I was jailed, but no one else was!
There were 200 of us, but I was in a tree.
The three former Los Osos Community Services District Board members who brought the original charges were recalled in disgrace and new LOCSD tried to have the charges dropped, but the SLO DA refuses!
Ill be the activist in the suit and tie.
I intend to plead not guilty, and this is gonna get bigger- in Los Osos, the former LOCSD is now trying to dissolve the local government!
Interestingly, the sheriffs never read me rights, it was all obvious selective enforcement, false arrest (Ive got the then-CSD rep Mark Merrite on video admitting at the scene he "has no idea where the property line is".
That's tomorrow morning at the courthouse in ol' san lu- and I'll be there!
I tried to send this to the DA, but they have blocked my e mails! see below:
